Keeks Gift Card

For customers shopping on your Keeks.ie store, here's how you can use a voucher (discount code) at checkout:

During checkout:
Customers enter the voucher code in the discount code field at checkout
The code isn't case sensitive, so they can enter it in any format
Click apply to redeem the discount
The discount will be applied to your order total

Important notes :

• You need to enter the discount code before completing their purchase
• If using Shop Pay, you must log in to your Shop Pay account before the discount code entry field will display
• Gift cards and discount codes can be used together on the same order
• If a code doesn't work, you will see an error message like "Enter a valid discount code" or that the code isn't valid for items in your cart
• The discount code field will only appear at checkout when you have at least one active discount code available in your store. If customers are having trouble seeing the discount field, make sure you are at the checkout page and not just viewing your cart.
